Any idea who the Dodger in the background on Billy’s card is?
Sorta looks like a #14 on the jersey to me. I'll go with Len Gabrielson, who wore that number for the Dodgers in 1970 (when the pic was probably taken), though only briefly. Tom Haller wore it in 1971. Both were 6'4" and pretty lean.
